Jeannette C. Lambert serves as superintendent of Catholic schools for the Diocese of Dallas, bringing more than 26 years of leadership in Catholic education. In her time with the Diocese of Dallas Catholic Schools Office, she led initiatives to strengthen operational vitality, increase enrollment and deepen Catholic identity across diocesan schools. Her work includes designing a collaborative model that reduced fiscal deficits by $2 million in 10 South Dallas schools, launching diocesan-wide marketing campaigns and building strategic partnerships to support mission and sustainability. Before joining the Diocese of Dallas, Lambert served more than 20 years at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic School in Yorba Linda, California, as school counselor, assistant principal and principal. There, she reversed financial deficits, tripled savings, increased fundraising and implemented data-driven strategies to raise academic achievement. A lifelong Catholic educator, Lambert began her career as a school counselor in the Diocese of Orange. She holds a master’s degree in educational administration from Concordia University, Irvine; a master’s in counseling from California State University, Fullerton; and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from California State University, Long Beach.
