Andy Ellard was born and raised in Irving and graduated from Texas A&M University in 1987. He is a co-owner of Manda Machine Company, a third-generation family-owned manufacturing business.
As a member of the St. Patrick Catholic Community in Dallas, Ellard serves on the Parish Pastoral Council, is a member of the ACTS community, and is an usher.
Ellards’s other areas of service include: EMHC to the homebound, diocese prison ministry, Catholic Charities Dallas archangel, and Knights of Columbus.
He and his wife, Stacy, live in Lake Highlands and have two sons, Zak (28) and Ty (26).
