A native Texan and lifelong Catholic, Mike Pawlik was born and raised in Dallas. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in information and operations management. For the past nine years,he has built a rewarding career at Interstate Batteries, contributing across multiple roles and leading data analytics initiatives that drive business success. Recently, Pawlik transitioned from his role as manager of analytics to category manager to gain hands-on experience with products and customers, further expanding his expertise. His background also includes experience in pricing and supply chain replenishment at other companies.
Pawlik has been married to his wife, Amy, for nine years, and together, they have three children—two boys and one girl. They are active parishioners at St. Jude Catholic Church in Allen. After teaching in Catholic schools within the Dallas diocese for 12 years, Amy chose to step away from the classroom to nurture their children’s faith and education at home through a Catholic homeschooling curriculum.
“Our faith and family are at the heart of everything we do,” Pawlik said, “and I am honored to serve the Catholic Diocese of Dallas, working to help bring the fruits of the Synod to life in our local Church.”
