Sara Campbell graduated from Iowa State University with a bachelor’s degree in fine arts in August 1996 and married her husband, Brian, in June 1997. The couple left the Midwest the very next day to move to the Dallas area to begin their life together. They have three sons and one daughter-in-law. Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church has been their home since 1998, when they moved to Rockwall. Campbell was a stay-at-home mom for 12 and a half years and began volunteering within the faith formation program in 2008. Campbell was hired as the director of Children’s Faith Formation in October 2012 and became the director of Ministries in 2019. She is engaged in all aspects of parish life. She participates in as many diocesan events as possible, and loves what she does, stating that it is her pleasure to serve the parishioners of Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Parish and the faithful of the Diocese of Dallas. When she is not at the church, Campbell enjoys traveling, baking, entertaining, shopping, and spending time with family and friends.
